We recognize the importance of our irreplaceable planet's natural environment, and through providing translation services and related business activities we are continuously striving to reduce environmental burdens and implement conservation measures, while at the same time contribute to developments to prevent pollution and build a more comfortable society. |

Adherence to laws and regulations
We adhere to laws, regulations, and other requirements that we decide to implement that relate to the environment. |

We are improving the knowledge used in and quality of translations that relate to the environment and energy, and positively developing marketing efforts to contribute to the production of environment-related translated material for our customers. |

Conserving natural resources and energy
To save resources and energy we place particular priority on the following:
(1) Reducing the amount of paper we use
(2) Reducing the amount of electricity we use |

Recycling and cutting back on waste
While doing our utmost to reduce the amount of office waste we produce, as far as possible we are recycling the waste that is produced. |

Promoting the purchase of green products
We are promoting the purchase of green products (environmentally friendly products) for our office supplies and consumables. |

Creation, operation, and improvement of an environmental management system
In conjunction with the creation of an efficient environmental management system, we are establishing, implementing, and appraising environmental objectives and targets in accordance with this environmental policy, to strive for continuous improvement. |

To promote awareness of this environmental policy we are implementing training and instruction activities for all the people who work in or for our
